This post is for the Tuesday Morning of London Fashion Week, I attended two shows at Vauxhall Fashion Scout, the first was A La Disposition, I wasn't the biggest fan of the choice of fabrics, but was of the chosen techniques. The collection featured a lot of exaggerated ruching and pleats.

The next show I went to was Elisa Palomino, I had never come across Elisa's work before but at the show I was blown away. The collection was stunning and inspired by the Victorian fairy painting movement. The SS12 collection featured: floral & ruffled silks, floating chiffon's, intricate appliques and ornate crochet.  The dresses were accompanied by beautiful headpieces which added to the drama of each outfit for the show.

On the Monday of Fashion Week, I attended the Louise Gray SS12 show at The Topshop Show space. I have a lot of admiration for Louise Gray and her capability to mix and match prints, textures and colours and still create an outfit that works. This season she produced a collection with the classic Gray stamp:graphic prints, beading details and a flurry of colour.
