Shocker ANOTHER slogan sweatshirt.... yes I know I don't need anymore. But I love them so much and they are the easiest and simplest things to style. Team with statement shoes, ripped jeans or a skirt and hey presto ..perfect weekend outfit.

Anyway this Etre Cecile sweatshirt is a great addition to my wardrobe.

It's super cosy and I love the metallic copy. You have to check out Etre Cecile if you haven't before, so many slogans tees and amazing knitwear.

Sweatshirt- Etre Cecile // Jeans - Topshop // Shoes - Boden // Left Ring- Ottoman Hands // Right Ring - Brandy Melville // Necklace - Monica Vinader // Handbag - Lulu Guiness

I think sometimes I am too much of a magpie, as I do tend to be drawn to things when they are oh so shiny!

I styled this sweatshirt with my Boden lace up flats, ripped Topshop Jeans and my trusty Lulu Guinness bag.

Hope this post inspires you to buy all the sweatshirts and shiny things that your heart desires 😉

Friday 14th October: About a month ago I attended Stylist live and I have to say it was FAB. I have never been to an event which is such a great mix of shopping, beauty as well as hearing from inspirational influencers and business women.
On the first day, the minute I walked through the door I made a beeline for the Dyson blow dry bar, which was great 👍🏻 especially after my hair was all kinds of crazy. I think the stylist had 80's style ideas for my hair, which I had to slightly restyle (as was channeling 80's vibes) but other than that it was fab, I mean I'm still not 100% sold on the Dyson hairdryer - it is not silent!

After having a restyle, I eagerly waited around the Dyson stage with my friend Si to hear from the babe that is Estee Lalonde. I love listening to her talk about her amazing style and her career, she is definitely one of my favourite bloggers/youtubers, if you haven't before you need to check out her YouTube channel.

Next on the cards was shopping! The hall was full of little boutiques as well as bigger known makeup and beauty brands with many offering free makeovers and free facials. So myself and Si got fully involved having a Caudalie facial (fave) and then our makeup done at Clarins.

My absolute favourite talk from the Friday had to be listening to The Frugality. This lady's style is perfection and listening to her talk was so inspiring. Even with a massively successful blog under her wings she keeps her feet very much on the ground and listening to her talk all about making your blog a brand made me step away with so much inspo and fresh thoughts for my blog, so thankyou The Frugality!

Saturday 15th October: The Saturday brought lots more fashion, beauty and inspiring talks. For the first session of the day, myself and Ellen (owner of Kapada Vintage - Check it out!) went to the Pixiwoo talk all about beauty icons over the ages. After following their videos for many years and trying to master the smokey eye with their top class tutorials I was so eager to hear them talk about their beauty icons and fave beauty products and boy did they not disappoint. These two have released some kick-ass brushes, a beautiful book (that I need to get my hands on) AND produced a documentary all about beauty icons over the ages, in just a few years! I have no doubt that come 2017 they will continue to have amazing success and they completely deserve it!

After a morning talking all about Kim K's contouring and Marilyn's red lippy we searched out the beauty stands and had a facial at Liz Earle and then our makeup done at Clarins (again) where I was completely sold on the Instance Light Radiance highlighter (I will swatch and review this soon and pop it on the blog as it's a really lovely product).
