This completly versatile, easy to wear, indigo pinafore was a 'your getting disracted Chloe purchase', on the way to find lunch in Sainsburys. Sainsburys have completly upped their game in regards to clothing. They have gone from mumsy to on-trend very quickly and ever since I purchased that scandi-esque jumper last year and swimsuit this year (you can read here and here), I always have a little nosey when I am in Sainsburys at what I can find in their clothing section.
This pinafore totally caught my eye being the perfect shade of indigo, with vintage buttons down the front and a denim belt to pull that waist in! - I had to have it, never mind how versatile it is!
There are so many outfit options with this pinafore but for this sunny Saturday in Poundbury, Dorset (yes, I am quite a fan of this little town) I teamed it with a COS breton tee, white Vans and my trusty Mulberry.
Now that Autumn is approaching (hello chunky knits, scarves and boots) I plan to take this through to the cooler months layering it with knitwear, heeled boots and an aviator jacket.
Outfit: Pinafore - TU at Sainsbury's // Top - Cos (old) // Necklace - Monica Vinader // Sunglasses - Rayban // Bag - Mulberry // Shoes - Vans.
